Once a week I like to give myself a mini facial, and I try to use all natural products as much as I can. With this mask I only used 5 ingredients: calcium bezonite clay, raw-unfiltered honey, almond oil, apple cider vinegar, And of course H2O. If you're anything like me, you wanna know why the hell you're putting food and dirt on your face soooooo here's the dirt on the dirt (lol).....

Calcium benzonite clay pulls toxins from your skin as it dries, we come in contact with sooooo many toxins and pollutants throughout the day (and night) and the clay just sucks it all out while delivering its own nutrients back into your skin. You can also eat or drink this clay for its nutritional value but we shall save that for another day.

Raw-unfiltered honey is a natural antibacterial, so just like the clay get rid of toxins, the honey draws out the bacteria which cause acne, pimples, zits, and things that resemble aliens growing out your face the day before you have some where to go 🤷🏽‍♀️. Anywho, Honey also also leaves your face super soft, I don't why but it does.

Almond oil is really good for your skin, and it actually resembles the oil that our bodies naturally make so it's not too heavy and won't make you feel weighed down.

Apple cider vinegar balances the pH of the skin, it's also contains alpha hydroxyl acids that will remove dead skin and reveal healthy and vibrant new skin.

water, well your body is like 70% of water so your skin needs that too....also drink 2 bottles of water while you wait for your mask to dry. Your body will thank you later lol

I mix one cup of clay with a spoon ful of honey, two spoonfuls of almond oil, two spoonfuls of ACV, and I add water until I get it to be the right "masky" texture. Mix this with a wooden spoon. (The clay pulls toxins from metals so it's not a good mix.) smear it on your face nice and thick and wait for it to dry, you'll feel your skin tightening as you wait! Then wash it off. I felt quit refreshed once I was finished! And I had a bit of a glow! And bam, enjoy your beautiful face!!

So I will be turning the big 3-0 this year (don't quite know how I feel about it yet lol) I look really young and I want to keep it that way!! I still get carded for rated-R movies and curfew! I blame it on my skin (or maybe my height 🤷🏽‍♀️) Anywho...A few months ago while reading the labels of allllllll my face soaps I was so confused as to why i was putting that crap on my face...and paying $30 for crap, so I looked to google and my favorite bloggers and I found some great all natural products to keep me looking like a fine tenderoni lol!!! First things first, the secret ingredient in the fountain of youth is WATER!!!! Drink water for goodness sake! Sugary shit will just seep right out your poor pores, that Pepsi will turn into a pimple before you know it. Now I'm a simple person, with a full time job, two kids and 83 piles of laundry at all times so I don't have time for 30 minute daily facial cleansing routines. I wash my face with cold water and an all natural face cleanser by Acure (now sold at target-yippee), I dry my face with a clean towel, then I use witch hazel as my toner to keep this skin nice and tight (and shrink any pimples if I have any) then my grand finale is a little morraccan argan oil as my moisturizer (it's a very light oil, even if you have oily skin you should still be fine) and that's it! My face has been so clear! Hope this helps you guys reverse the hands of time or at least look like you did!!! Below are the products I use everyday and a horrible picture of my skin close up as I could possibly get lol

Fighting Pimple Central - My new nightly face routine!

So my skin is so dry but I’m am breaking out like crazy! So of course i’m focusing on what I eat (since I moved my diet is horrible). But I also need to change up my face washing routine for the winter!

So I am now oil washing! Why oil wash? Well, it’s winter.
Regular products strip the oil out of our skin, leaving our largest organ trying to repair itself by replacing the oil stripped away. This leaves me in a cycle of being tight and dry followed by the inevitable oil slick. My nose is horrifically oily midday… Each time we strip the oil away, our skin over-compensates for the lack of moisture by creating more oil and I don’t need it!

So in order to fix that, I oil wash… I use just plain vegetable oil (olive oil would be better but I’m feeling a bit cheap) I also add a drop or two of tea tree oil to help fight my acne on my forehead and nose. But I use only oil on my eyelids (tea tree oil would BURN if it got into my eyes)

Let’s see how this works!

Here’s my forehead today… I’ll post an update in two weeks!

Side note the oil also helps condition my eyelashes and helps them to grow (castor oil works best)
UPDATE: oil washing did help and then I went out of town and stopped -__- and yes broke out AGAIN... I had to stop taking a particular hair growth vitamin...
